Vendor Hall Schedule

Thursday the 3rd:    
6 am - 9 am Vendor Setup  (There may be some setup time on the 24th)
9 am - 10 am CCCC Members Only sneak preview    
10 am - 6 pm Open to the public    

Friday the 4th:    
10 am - 6 pm Open to the public    
6 pm - 8 pm This period of time is an open invite for vendors to attend club activities in the Conference Hall. Vendor Hall is closed. 

Saturday the 5th:    
9 am - 1 pm Open to the public. Please do not start breaking down earlier than 12:30.    
6 pm - 10 pm Banquet tickets available to Vendors. Vendor Hall closed.      


Vendor Fees:

$50 – 10’(W) X 10’(D) (1 space)
CCCC provides (1) 6’ table, (1) table cloth, and (2) chairs

$100 – 20’(W) X 10’(D) space (2 spaces)
CCCC provides (2) 6’ tables, (2) table cloth, and (4) chairs

$150 – 30’(W) X 10’(D) space (3 spaces)
CCCC provides (3) 6’ tables, (3) table cloths, and (6) chairs

*$5 - Hotel Setup fee per table

Banquet Dinner Ticket: ($50 a person)

Families, Vendors, and Sponsors are invited to the Saturday evening banquet. This is an opportunity for you to get face to face contact with all of our members in a single setting. The Banquet is very popular as it is the closing event of the convention and all the gift baskets are raffled off. Additionally, contest and prize winners are announced and there is time for socializing and networking. The Banquet is a fully catered event.

Payment Information:

Upon notification of acceptance, payment in full is required within 10 days of notification in order to reserve your space.

Applications are due by May 1, 2021. Notification of selection will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Club members receive priority selection.
